Wilson is business as usual really still an option if you're not looking for an off-the-shelf solution in the near future, but it's never going to be the most pleasant. It's really a bit too much for me, for one thing, but still quite nice. You can add a lot more options and configurations if you add it to another application, but that's one thing the Mac platform is geared more toward and I have a ton of that on my Macbooks these days. In my experience it's also easier to setup than running the original code, which should get you more than just a nice looking and functional app.

I've tried pretty much every single keyboard I could think of before writing this article: my Asus G13 (which is only slightly above the Macs in quality and ease of use), my MSI GT70, my RK Series keyboard with the dedicated row layout, my Lenovo Yoga 900m, and finally my Toshiba QX6500. In my personal opinion, it seems to be the fastest all-around keyboard I've tested, even using all the great shortcuts and macros I can think of. And honestly I find myself more interested than ever in this specific keyboard and the possibilities it gives me. It just makes me feel so warm inside every time I'm writing anything remotely on paper or with any kind of mouse, and that really does count for something.

I'm just not sure how important, but I don't think it's going to be a huge part of my everyday use. But at the same time, I'm sure someone who wants to use such a system would be interested and I sure as hell wouldn't mind if we all had one. If you are one such person let me know and I'll have a look.
